Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. In addition, payment may be made by PayPal, check or money order. Please make checks and money orders payable to Anthill Antiques, Etc. All payments must be made in US dollars. All Virginia residents are subject to 5.3% state sales tax.
Shipping: Packages will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. US Postal Insurance is required on all packages and will be automatically added to your order at checkout. Shipping and handling is $8.95 per order. Insurance fees reflect the current USPS insurance rates.
Please note, orders over 5 pounds may require additional postage. If in doubt, please contact us for your total shipping fees prior to placing your order.
International Shipping: We do ship worldwide. All packages will be shipped using USPS International Priority Mail. US Postal Insurance, if allowed, is required on all International packages. Since International Priority Rates vary significantly, please contact us for your shipping fees prior to making any purchases.
Returns: We certainly hope that you will be satisfied with your purchases. Please ask all curious and relevant questions before you decide to buy. We offer exchanges on a limited basis. No exchanges will be approved based on color, size, condition or picture portrayal seen as "different" on your system or computer. No exchanges will be considered more than five days after receipt. Please call to make arrangements for exchange prior to shipping. Your pre-approved returning an item for exchange must be postage paid, insured and in original condition. You should also request a delivery confirmation. Please note that items not pre-approved will be refused.
Lost or Damaged Items: The merchandise you purchased left us in good shape and well packaged, however, mishaps can occur in shipping. If your insured items are lost or damaged during shipping, and you need to file a claim, please visit the US Postal Service website or your local Post Office for instructions.
